So what the heck is Bob in Cartoon land? Well, even I'm not really sure.
Bob, a mild-mannered citizen, somehow ends up crashing into a wacky world where all cartoons live! As he tries to escape from this strange and sketchy world, he finds out that a sinister force is out to destroy all Cartoon Land--with him in it!
